Key Life does not resell or disclose your personal information to anyone for any reason.
When contacting us to cancel an order, please be ready to provide your name, order number, and contact information
Please note that if the item has shipped, we cannot cancel the order. In this case, email or call us and request to return the item for a refund (minus shipping costs).
Shipping Policies for In-Stock Items
If an item is in-stock, we will make every effort to ship the item within 5 business days. Standard shipping is included in the donation you give. If you require expedited shipping, please call us at 1-800-KEY-LIFE.
If an item is out of stock, we will let you know that your order has been delayed and will ship it to you when we receive it in stock or cancel the order if that is a better solution.
Return & Exchange Policies
If the item you received is defective or damaged from shipment, please contact us and we will instruct you on how to return the item and will send out a replacement.
You may return an item for a full refund (minus shipping costs) within 30 days of your donation. Again, please contact us by phone at 1-800-KEY-LIFE with any questions regarding this policy
We are unable to exchange items, but if it's within the 30 days you may return the item for a refund and then order the item you desire.
We will confirm receipt of a returned item by email or phone, and will contact you once a credit has been issued.
