DECEMBER 26, 2016
Have you resolved to take better care of yourself in the coming year? What if finding the rest and peace we long for is as easy as failing and falling into wholeness? Join Dr. Chuck DeGroat on SBE for a discussion of his book 'Wholeheartedness: Busyness, Exhaustion, and Healing the Divided Self.'

Here’s a tough pill to swallow: Underneath all your busyness and exhaustion is the fear that you’re too fatally flawed to pull it all off. The toxin of shame drives you to prove to yourself and the world that you have what it takes. Then, frenzied and pulled in a thousand different directions, you look for rest and peace in all the wrong places.
Sorry, but your new time management app ain’t gonna fix that mess. You need wholeheartedness.
