Steve Brown often says, “You can’t love until you’ve been loved, and then you can only love to the degree to which you've been loved.” That’s true. It’s in the Bible and everything. And let’s face it, what the world needs now is a whole lotta love. That’s what the Grace Encounter Conference is all about: a diverse group of really messed up people getting together to experience the unconditional, unfailing, almost unbelievable love of God…and loving one another as a result.

Two Churches. One Gospel.

A Leap of Faith

The Grace Encounter Conference started as a leap of faith into the reality of Ephesians 4:4-7. Last year, two different congregations—one African-American and one white—came together to delight in God's healing love. It was a wonderful celebration of the renewing and reconciling power of the gospel, so much so that Steve Brown and Key Life are making it an annual event for everyone.

Sunday morning, you’re invited to top off the weekend with our combined worship service. Willow Creek Church and Christian Family Worship Center will celebrate together at 10:00 AM featuring a time of praise and worship, and a message from Bishop Herb Andrew.
