Heaven

I have some friends who are dramatists.

They do a sketch where a Downs Syndrome boy, Darby is talking to a terminally ill lady in a hospital. They talk about heaven and Darby says that heaven is when Jesus will make pancakes and where Darby will sit on his lap and Jesus will sing. You are my sunshine. The lady begins to cry and Darby says, he could sing another song.

Darby may have been right. And if not, heaven will be even better than pancakes. Eyes haven’t seen, ears haven’t heard and our minds haven’t conceived what is being prepared for believers. Pancakes and more.
