Hold My Hand
NOVEMBER 14, 2024
We are safe in God’s grip. And it is his grip of us, not our grip of him.
He was just a little boy and loved walking with his father.
He would hold on to his father’s hand, and the little boy kept tripping over things in the path they were walking. Finally, the boy said to his father, Daddy, instead of holding your hand, why don’t you hold mine? If you would hold my hand, I wouldn’t trip so much.
I have a friend who signs his letters with, In His Grip, and then his name. I like that. It’s his grip of us, not our grip of him.
When I forget it, I fall way too much.
I’m Steve Brown. You think about that.
