You aren’t an inconvenience to God…he loves and cherishes you.
A number of years ago, a woman who was a leader in the feminist movement left her position and got married.
Her colleagues were quite critical. One comedian said that a woman needs a man the way a fish needs a bicycle. She said, she got married because she wanted to be cherished.
Don’t we all? It’s part of our DNA. You aren’t an inconvenience to God. When the word became flesh in Christ, it was a statement that we are loved.
When he hung on the cross, it was a sign that we are cherished. If that doesn’t make you want to dance and sing, there’s something wrong with you.
