My Voice

God is big and overwhelming sometimes…but he’s good and merciful all the time.
If we’ve never met, you wouldn’t believe what I look like.
I have a wonderful voice, better than yours. My voice is like grace. I didn’t do anything to get it. God gave it to me, but he thought it was funny to put this voice in a, well, kind of somewhat less than handsome body. I never thought that was funny.
If you met me, you would be underwhelmed. But when you meet God, it’s the opposite. He’s big, scary, intimidating, and sometimes overwhelming. But he’s good, merciful, and kind all the time.
His voice, by the way, is better than mine.
