Pandemic Hugs

During the pandemic lockdown, someone said their dog said to him, now you know why I chew on the furniture.

That time was hard. I never thought I wouldn’t touch him with a 10 foot pole would become a national policy.

But now that it seems better, go hug somebody. If you’ve forgotten how to do it, Jesus will show you how. He does that, hug people that is.

Frankly, he hugged some people I wouldn’t hug. I’m not sure I would hug me given my failure and sin, but he did. During the pandemic, if you a hugged somebody with the virus, you paid the price. Jesus paid the price for hugging us. And it’s called the Cross.
