Poker

I used to play poker, and frankly, was good at it.

Jesus made me stop. And I’ve never forgiven him.

Seriously, a lot of people play the life like poker, know when to hold ’em and when to fold ’em, play the good hands, when you get one and fold when the hand isn’t so good. Because sometimes to mix the metaphor, sometimes you’re the bug, and sometimes you’re the windshield.

Take the cards as they’re dealt. That’s crazy. Unless, of course, God, who loves you is dealing the cards, then it’s crazy…crazy like a fox.
