A Two Pickle Day

I have a friend who was with her little boy at McDonald’s the other day, she asked him how his day had gone.

Great, he said, my socks stayed up and then he bit into his hamburger and said, wow, two pickles. It’s my lucky day, a two pickle day.

Jesus said, that to get to heaven, we should become like little children. A part of that is being pleased and surprised when good things happen.

Yours may not be socks and pickles, but watch for the times when God winks at you. You’ll be better for it.
