Cigars

I have a friend whose pastor smoked cigars and it drove my friend nuts.

You know what he did? He gave his pastor a box of very expensive cigars. I asked him why and he said after he smokes those he won’t settle for anything less and he can’t afford those cigars and he’ll quit.

Ever think that the taste of heaven we’ve been given by Christ is like that? Once you’ve tasted the reality of forgiveness, acceptance, and love, you won’t settle for anything less. And then someday, when we’re home, you won’t have to.
