Enjoy It

A doctor said to his elderly patient after a lot of tests, Mr. Jones, your health is good.

There is no reason you can’t live a completely normal life, as long as you don’t try to enjoy it.

One would think that some Christians have a similar view of their faith. It’s fine, as long as you don’t enjoy it. Actually, the truth is that one of the clear signs of Christ’s presence is laughter.

If church gets too serious, Jesus leaves the building. If you’re visiting a new church, look for the love and then look for the laughter. If you don’t see either one, go somewhere else.
