Fear

Hey, fear isn’t all bad.

Sometimes it’s like the canary in the mineshaft. If the canary dies, it’s time to leave. If, for instance, you’re not afraid of thieves enough to lock your car, you’re going to get robbed. If you aren’t afraid of a gun pointed at your head, you’re going to get shot. And if you aren’t afraid of God sometimes, you’re probably worshiping an idol.

The Scripture says it’s a fearful thing to fall into the hands of the living God. Scripture also says that love casts out fear and God loves you and he’s your Father. Take your fears to him. You may still have a bit of fear, but then, as I said, that’s not all bad.
