How to stop worrying.
I read a book last week on how to stop worrying. Last night, I couldn’t sleep. You know why? Cause I was worried, that’s why. It’s sort of like the man who read a book on lion training and one night broke into the local zoo and climbed over the fence into the lion pin. The next morning, not much was left, except a torn up copy of the book on lion training.
Let me tell you something important. Self help books rarely help that much. You know why? Because you’re not perfectible, your kids, your spouse, your friends aren’t either. I’ve faced that reality and I feel better. Not perfect. Just better.
