Young Golfer

I don’t anymore, but I used to play golf.

My friend said that I never did, but I tried. I have another friend who’s a young golfer who wanted to go professional. He had become a Christian and he told his pastor that he was going to win a major tournament and then he would point to Jesus. Son, his pastor said, if God needed a golfing witness, he would have saved Arnold Palmer.

Actually, God doesn’t need any of us. He was doing fine before we came along. He lets us go along for the ride because He likes us.
