Heritage

God sometimes because he loves us, puts us in scary places.

When I was young, God sent me to pastor dying churches and that was cool. I might not be able to make it better, but I certainly couldn’t make it worse. Then God put me in a church, where every pastor had been faithful. Now, that was scary.

If you’re a Christian, you’re a part of a heritage that is thousands of years old. That heritage of truth is absolute, clear and eternally important. It’s a gift to you and to the world through you. So don’t change it or you’ll get the hives.
