Open Season

Have you noticed its open season on believers?

I’m not sure why, maybe it’s because if there’s a God, they can’t be God.

Whatever. Charles McKenzie, the famous Methodist preacher was being shown the famous wax works in London. The guide said, this is Voltaire, and this pointing to a chair is the exact chair in which Voltaire sat and wrote his works against religion.

Then McKenzie to everybody surprise climbed into the display and sat in the chair and sang at the top of his lungs.

Jesus shall reign wherever the sun does its successive journeys run.

Little out of the box, but I like it.
